Do you accept returns?

Because of the one off, handmade nature of our pieces, we are not able to offer returns.

How do I clean my fixture?

These are handmade items – made to be cherished & envied, and thus need to be handled carefully. Please refer to the Care Instructions found on individual product pages within our site.

Can I order replacement bulbs?

Absolutely. The bulb specifications are included in the tear sheets and can be ordered directly from the bulb manufacturer.

How do I change the light bulb on my fixture(s)?

Refer to your assembly instructions included in your order. Or we welcome you reaching out to us for the same at info@knwonworkstudio.com

How do I place an order for items where a price inquiry is necessary?

Once you have made an inquiry on pricing for specific items – leaving your contact information – we will respond directly with pricing and a link to purchase. You can also call us directly at 646.248.7306.

Do you offer a trade discount?

We do offer trade discounts, please inquire by emailing studio@knownworkstudio.com.  Once we can verify that this order is being placed by a qualified buyer (website, business name, contact information), we can calculate a discount based on the size of the order.
