Prices displayed on our website are in USD and do no include applicable taxes, shipping, or handing charges, unless otherwise stated. Taxes & shipping charges will be calculated and added during the checkout process where applicable. Shipping & handling quotes for ‘inquire’ items can be provided upon request – Please reach out to studio@knownworkstudio.com for a quote. All formal quotes are honored for 30 days.

We accept payment through secure and trusted payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate payment information information and authorize us to charge the total amount due for your order. Full payment is required in advance to initiate the production process, including the preparation and material purchasing. Once we have started the production process, no refund can be made.

Because of the one off, handmade nature of our pieces, we are not able to offer returns.
