Known Work products are guaranteed for one year after receipt (not installation) against mechanical defects. Known Work will repair or replace defective components or product. Hard-wired light fixtures are UL and CE listed for dry locations. Fixtures are labeled clearly with the maximum allowable wattage. Use of higher wattage bulbs than indicated will forfeit warranty.

Known Work will not be liable for any quality issue claims or damages arising from the use of our products outside the intended use. We are not responsible for the following: (a)Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods, (b)Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or assembly by the customer or the customer agent, (c)Damage to our fixtures, parts of our fixtures, or shades caused by the improper use of light bulbs, (d)Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment, (e)Changes in the appearance of the hand-rubbed finishes or un-lacquered finishes, which are living finishes that will patina, age, and wear over time, (f)Any costs of attributed to installation, removal, or re-installation, (g)Restoration or repair work, (h)Any parts purchased separate from our product, (i)Damage cause by exceeding maximum weight limits, (j)Damage caused by use of unauthorized shipping agent or alternate means of shipping by customer.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and strive to ensure that every piece meets our high standards. If you believe there is a quality issue with your item, please provide us with photo and/or video proof  so that we can investigate and work with you to find a suitable solution as soon as possible. Upon the delivery of the products, it is required that you open the packaging and inspect the item within 24 hours. Any quality issue reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver. failure to do so may invalidate any claim. Refunds due to quality issues will be processed within a reasonable time frame after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping costs, or non-refundable charges.
